At present we are using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the U.K for items up to and including the value of £34.00. Anything over this will incur an extra billling charge according to the value of the goods sent to enable to item to be sent Special Delivery as standardy. **However if you require a next day delivery trackable service, please advsie and we will bill you sperately for the extra charge of £2.00.

We also use Royal Mail International Signed For as standard for overseas orders which also covers items up to the value of £34.00. All parcels with a total of more than this amount will also incur an extra charge of postage. **However if you require a priority delivery trackable service, please advise and we will bill you seperately for the extra charge of £2.00.

WHY WE TAKE OUT EXTRA INSURANCE

The extra shipping payment is to ensure our customers peace of mind whilst items are within transit. This means that every single item purchased from us will be trackable within the UK via the Royal Mail Website.

Recorded delivery only covers to the maximum value of £34.00 (or 10 x the value of a 1st class stamp). Anything above this amount would only be covered via Special Dlivery as extra insurance cover cannot be purchased.

This is also the case for our international customers, Internations Signed For Post through Royal Mail is charged via stages of value as well as weight. £5.50 is the standard cost for this service upto the value of £34.00.

TRACKING NUMBER

Once your contract begins with us and you have receibved your confirmation e-mail, you will also receive an attachament with details of your order/invocie. Amongst your purchse details your Tracking number will be stated. You can track this item whilst it is within the uk by going to www.royalmail.com . international customers will then have to contact theirl local postal services website to track outside the UK.

WHAT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?

If you are unfortunate to have your items lost or damaged in the post we will happily make the claim on your behalf to cover the cost of your items. Your items will be replaced wherever possible or an alternative item will be sent. Please remember the customer will be responsible for returned postage costs if unsuitable. Please note Your statutory rights are not affected with items of replacement and the relevant cancellation period still applies.

DISCLAIMER:

Please note: If your item has been declared lost or has found to be damaged in transit, we reserve the right for the damaged item to be returned to us by the customer. Any returned postage costs incurred will be re-embursed by us. These costs will be sent by way of a postal order only.
