Credit Card Security:
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using the Paypal Shopping System over the Internet. We are assured that this is a renowned and reputable Company and that all credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach the Paypal computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All transactions / payments are in pounds sterling (£) and will show on your credit card statement in your local currency (your credit card issuer will have used the currency rate at the time of your transaction to calculate the value in your local currency).
Description Of Goods
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product upon delivery.
Delivery Schedule:
If the requested items are in stock at the time of order we endeavour to dispatch within 24 hours-48hours (not including Saturdays and Sundays). If the items are not in stock we shall place these on back order, we ask you to allow up to 28 working days for back ordered items. In the event that we will be unlikely to meet this delivery schedule we will offer you a choice between an extended wait for a specific product, a suitable alternative or, of course cancellation. Once you place an order and have received a confirmation email from us this does not institute a legal binding contract. Only once goods are dispatched and you receive an email confirming dispatch this then becomes an acceptance of your order. Please note Body Beautiful reserves the right to refuse an order once an order has been placed and shall refund moneys paid. If we believe a customer has purchased a product(s) from our store at the incorrect price we reserve the right to cancel that order and to correct the price on this site. Once the price has been corrected you may then replace your order. All prices quoted on our web site are inclusive of VAT.
Please Check The Delivery Address
This is very very important, you will receive a written confirmation of your order in writing via e-mail within 24-48 hrs of placing your order. Please check that the delivery address is correct as your order will be packaged within hours of this confirmation if all items are in stock.
We reserve the right to apply a handling charge for any item that is returned in the post due to incorrect address/recipient gone away/non-collection or anything other than a notified return/cancellation (this includes customers cancellations/returns that fall outside the 7 day notice period) unless you have previously advised us of a problem.
This charge will be a standard £6.50
Sale & Clearance Items:
We have a great selection of Sale and Clearance items available to you at amazing prices. These items may at some stage, have had their original tags removed for one reason or another, but are in absolute perfect condition. Some items may also be returns or discontinued items. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.
Stock Availablitlity
We do our utmost to make sure that your items are readily available and pride ourselves on a quick dispatch of goods. Unfortunately, from time to time, items will go out of stock before we are able to update the site. If this is the case you will be notified within 24-48 hrs and given the oportunity to cancel the order. Please allow 30 days for completion of your order if you still decide to go ahead.
